We work very hard to perfect our skills and prepare our workshop tutorials for you. When attending a workshop, you agree that you will not reproduce, replicate or redistribute any element of the workshop or materials provided or content from CandiArt or social platforms in part or full.
Your space in a workshop is reserved only once full payment has been received.
Our workshop space is non-refundable, but if you are aware you will be unable to attend, you may pass your space to someone else you wish to come in your place. Please advise CandiArt prior to your workshop commencing at least 48 hours if you wish to do this.
In the event that you are sick, your baby sitter cancels on you, your car breaks down, you get stuck in traffic or any other reason… like say – you just forget to come, you can attend another workshop of the same value within 1 month of your original booking.
If we have to cancel a workshop due to minimum class numbers not being met, or a cancellation for some reason, we may do so at any time prior to the workshop scheduled date and time. You will of course receive a full refund OR you can choose to attend another workshop of the same value.
We offer 3 months validity on our gift vouchers so please be sure to use it within the 3-month time frame as we cannot reissue after it has expired.
Please note Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
By booking a place at our workshops for yourself or your child, you agree that you will comply with all safety precautions and recommendations during your visit and neither CandiArt nor our attending staff are not responsible for any injury that may occur to you, your child or children at our premises or during our workshops.
In attending CandiArt you agree that we are not responsible for any theft or injury that may occur at our premises or in our classes.
Whilst arriving, attending and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop. CandiArt and the attending staff hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. By attending a workshop, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/or personal property that may occur during the workshop.
Working with resins can be dangerous and can cause allergic reactions or anaphylaxis. CandiArt will provide safety equipment for the duration of your workshop but takes no responsibility should you have a reaction to any of the materials in use during your workshop. You agree that you will comply with all safety precautions and recommendations during your visit and neither CandiArt nor our attending staff are responsible for any reaction that may occur to you at our premises or during our workshops.
Unless specified otherwise, our Epoxy workshops are NOT suitable for pregnant woman, breastfeeding mothers or children under the age of 16. We do offer classes for young artists wishing to participate in an acrylic pouring workshops. Please contact us for details as the young artist will need to be accompanied by an adult.
